Privacy policy

This Cookie Policy sets out the rules for storing and accessing data on the Devices of Users who use the Service for the purpose of providing electronic services by the Service Administrator.

§ 1 Definitions

• Service - the website operating at www.idealogistyka.pl

• External service - websites of the Administrator’s partners, service providers or customers

• Administrator - the company Idea Logistyka sp.z.o.o. sp. k., operating at: 17 Piotrowicka Street, 40-722 Katowice, Poland, tax identification number (NIP): 6342846482, providing electronic services via the Service and storing and accessing information on Users’ devices

• User - a natural person for whom the Administrator provides electronic services via the Service.

• Device - an electronic device with software through which the User accesses the Service

• Cookies - text data collected as files placed on the User’s Device

§ 2 Types of Cookies

• Internal cookies - files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Service’s IT system

• External cookies - files placed and read from the User’s Device by the IT systems of External services

• Session cookies - files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Service or External services during a single session of that Device. After the session ends, the files are deleted from the User’s Device.

• Persistent cookies - files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Service or External services until they are manually deleted. The files are not deleted automatically after the Device session ends, unless the User’s Device is configured to delete Cookie files at the end of the session.

§ 3 Security

• Storage and reading mechanisms - Cookie storage and reading mechanisms do not allow any personal data or confidential information to be retrieved from the User’s Device. Transferring viruses, Trojan horses or other malware to the User’s Device is practically impossible.

• Internal cookies - Internal cookies used by the Administrator are safe for Users’ Devices

• External cookies - the Administrator is not responsible for the security of Cookie files originating from the Service’s partners. The list of partners is provided later in this Cookie Policy.

§ 4 Purposes for which Cookies are used

• Improving and facilitating access to the Service - The Administrator may store in Cookie files information about the user’s preferences and settings relating to the Service in order to improve, enhance and speed up the provision of services within the Service.

• Marketing and advertising - The Administrator and External services use Cookie files for marketing purposes and to serve advertisements to Users.

• Statistical data - The Administrator and External services use Cookie files to collect and process statistical data such as visit statistics, User Device statistics or user behaviour statistics. This data is collected in order to analyse and improve the Service.

• Social services - The Administrator and External services use Cookie files to support social media services

§ 5 External services

The Administrator cooperates with the following external services that may place Cookie files on Users’ Devices:

• Google AdSense

• Google AdWords

• Facebook

§ 6 Options for setting storage and access conditions on Users’ Devices by the Service and External services

• The User may at any time independently change settings regarding the saving, deletion and access to data stored in Cookie files

• The User may at any time delete all Cookie files saved so far using the tools of the User’s Device through which they use the Service.

§ 7 Disclaimer

• The Administrator takes all possible measures to ensure the security of data stored in Cookie files. Please note, however, that ensuring the security of this data depends on both parties, including the User’s actions and the security status of the device used.

• The Administrator is not liable for interception of data contained in Cookie files, session hijacking or their deletion as a result of the User’s intentional or unintentional actions, viruses, Trojan horses or other spyware that may infect the User’s Device.

• To protect themselves against the threats referred to in the previous point, Users should follow cybersecurity principles.

• Services provided by third parties are beyond the Administrator’s control. Those parties may change their terms of service, purpose and use of cookies at any time. To the extent permitted by law, the Administrator is not liable for the operation of cookies used by partner services. Users may manage cookie permissions and settings for any website at any time.

§ 8 Service requirements

• Restricting the saving of and access to Cookie files on the User’s Device may cause some Service features to malfunction.

• The Administrator bears no liability for incorrectly functioning Service features if the User in any way restricts the ability to save and read Cookie files.

§ 9 Changes to the Cookie Policy

• The Administrator reserves the right to change this Cookie Policy at any time without notifying users.

• Any changes to the Cookie Policy will always be published on this page.

• Changes take effect on the date the Cookie Policy is published.
